The location in the medina is great, close to everything. The house is lovely and comes with a generous breakfast and afternoon tea if you wish. Ahmed was a very helpful and charming host. I highly recommend it, although there is neither a patio or courtyard!

The 18, Marsa Guest House ligger ideelt i La Marsa, tæt på Corniche-stranden, La Marsa-stranden og Sidi Bou Said-parken. Der tilbydes udsigt over den indre gårdhave samt have. Said and his wife gave me a very warm welcome and showed me round the accommodation on arrival. Unfortunately I only stayed there for one night, but Said was always helpful and I enjoyed the chats with him a lot! He did everything possible to make me feel comfortable all the time. The property is more beautiful than in the pictures and you feel right at home. The view from rooftop is a real highlight. The room was sufficient for one person and clean. The AC was nice and strong. The location was also perfect!. The accommodation is in a very quiet area, only 5 min walk to the beach and also to the centre with shopping facilities and the train station. If I will ever go to La Marsa again, I would definitely stay with Said and his Wife!

I love the details and love what owner of the house put into the decoration, I wish I could spend more time reviewing all the details . Also breakfast was very nice ,especially- I tried for the first time in my life pomegranate jam ( try to buy it from them… if they sell it , coz I couldn’t find it elsewhere where ,I wanted to bring it with me back home for my fiancé)

Dar Ben Gacem er beliggende i medinaen i Tunis, 12 km fra Tunis-Carthage internationale lufthavn. Will come back! Excellent and attentive staff. Great breakfasts. Very authentic feel with a beautiful courtyard and lounge areas. One regret- I wish I had upgraded to the larger suites, they are spacious and beautifully decorated. Location is excellent in the Medina.

The property is spotless clean and everything is about meticulous design, beauty and generosity. Authentic and comfortable rooms, very calm and relaxing. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff and management. The attention to details was phenomenal and super quick to accommodate my needs. Sunday's brunch and breakfast is one of the best, delicious food with fresh seasonal fruit juices. The management allowed me to check in early and check out late. Everything was so smooth and no hassle . I would have loved to stay longer. A five-star rating is well-deserved for this delightful blend of cleanliness, scenic surroundings, breathtaking view, and outstanding hospitality. keep up the great work Dar Kbira!
