Everything is super clean. Security in the building is amazing. Location is in the heart of everything while still being a quiet residence. The owner was also super accommodating and friendly!

Útsýni yfir fjöll, Sun & Sea Nai Yang Phuket er gistirými staðsett á Nai Yang-strönd, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Nai Yang-strönd og 4,8 km frá Blue Canyon Country Club. I came for 3 nights and finally I spent more than 1 month at Sun & Sea Guesthouse as I felt at home. Ammy, the owner, is a really great and kind person. She is caring for her guests and always willing to help if needed. I was in a double bed room upstairs. Room is nice, bed is comfortable, shower is good. AC and fan saved my life as it is quite hot there. Good wifi. Quiet beach and many restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. Laundry in the street for 20 THB @ 5 min walk. And 4 times a week, I went to yoga class in Baan Yoga Phuket on the main road (15 min walk) with Tan, a nice yoga teacher. Nai Yang is a quiet and relaxing area with beautiful nature on both sides of the beach (sirinat national park).
