Located 600 metres from Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat, Baan Sithepaban Guesthouse offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a garden. Hostess was extremely kind. We used Google Translate throughout Thailand and it came in very handy here as the hostess's English was limited. We stayed here for two nights and the breakfast was like a 5 star resort as it was truly a feast, Our room was very comfortable with a nice A/C. No refrigerator in our room but there is a huge shared area with large refrigerator with bottled water to take and a large TV as well as sitting area that we utilized to read and catch up on our note's activity of the day.

Room is clean and comfy though a little smaller than what I thought but restroom is big enough. Had dinner at restaurant in same compound, reasonable price, delicious and quite fast.

Beautiful old wooden villa restored with love and adapted to modern standards without hurting the general historic aspect. Friendly service and excellent breakfast. Even though it was very hot, we could stroll through the historic park, cross the river and reach a few good restaurants for dinner.

My stay at the Little Jasmine was absolutely fantastic! The facilities were excellent, everything was super clean, and the location was perfect – right by the river and just a short walk from the temple. What impressed me the most was the host, who was so kind and attentive. Every morning, he prepared a different breakfast for me because he didn’t want me to eat the same thing every day. Such care and hospitality are truly rare. I would come back here anytime!
