Baan Jaru is located 500 metres from Clock Tower. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free public parking. Clean rooms with all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Receptionist was very helpful, giving travel / food tips and went out of his way to fix the room TV when we wanted to watch the World Cup. Location is walking distance from the night bazaar and the clock tower.

Located in a peaceful area of Chiang Rai, Gita's House offers a friendly guesthouse, a 15-minute drive away from the Bus Terminal. A family business and all are very friendly and do their best to make you welcome and satisfied. The breakfast is nice and once they saw I limit myself to fruit as I am vegan, they served me a special vegan plate the following days.
