Just a 5-minute walk from Thapae Gate and Chiang Mai’s Sunday Market, All in 1 Guesthouse offers comfortable guest rooms with en suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. We had a great time at Gilles’ place. He and his staff are very friendly. They offer plenty of activities/tours with trusted companies. The cooking class was awesome ! The room was very clean and comfortable. And the house and garden are beautifully decorated and very cozy. Thank you for your hospitality :)

He, kindly smiling, really takes care of his guests, from the arriving to the leaving: whatever you need, he's there to help you. It seems that he really loves his job. Different yet always tasty breakfast. Nice rooms, big, clean and with air conditioner. I strongly recommend to come here to enjoy his hospitality.

Also you get a Induction heater and Pan where you can prepare your morning breakfast. 4. The rooms are clean and cozy. And the price of the stay is definitely worthy. 5. Just 50 metres away you can get the Linda Laundry. 6. Finally a worthy and Budget Friendly Homestay. I Highly recommend.

It was absolutely perfect for my extended 5 week stay to attend school nearby. Amie is the perfect hostess and went far beyond what she needed to in order to assure my stay was top notch. I highly recommend Ban Maitree to meet all needs for affordability and accessibility for a long term stay in Chiang Mai. I’m already planning on returning in 2025😊

Located in Chiang Mai, 400 metres from Chedi Luang Temple and 400 metres from the centre, Nu Phen Homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a shared lounge. It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.
