I didn't need to see them to feel welcomed and tended to. They messaged every step of the way and always replied to messages when I initiated. The room was tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I rested well each night. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location is near many food stalls, the train station, a grocery, and the venue for the event i flew over for. The free bottled waters saved me a ton since it's hot in thailand, and I need to make sure I'm hydrated for my whole stay. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! The staff were very supportive and super helpful. My partner got lost while heading there and the staff personally went to find her and walk her to the hotels location. It was very wonderful and amazing to have such kind people looking after their guests so intently. They even offered any additional help and extended any additional help if we needed it.
