Would highly recommend for about 3 nights in Santa Ana. We stayed in off season and had a lovely socia lowkey vibe. Location was perfect.

Really nice hostel in the centre (just few blocks from the cathedral), the guy at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Wifi works well. My room was nice and comfy, with space to hang clothes and with a ventilator (the room wasn't too hot even without it). You can also use the kitchen (and they have a filter, so the water is drinkable) and hang out on a lovely patio.

We stayed here as part of our 7 week backpacking trip through central america. This was by far our favourite place we stayed. The owner Luis and his family were the loveliest people and Luis was always on hand for any questions or recommendations. Kitchen facilities were very good and the room was clean and decent size. If you’re looking for a cute home stay where you will be well looked after then this is the best place for it!
What a lovely hostel!!!! The people are so friendly and the food is great. I had a private room and loved how it clean it was (finally a room WITHOUT cockroaches) and a hot shower. Hammocks, a small pool, roof terrace, makes you want to hang out all day and have some chill time. I do want to mention that if you walk the wrong way there are a lot of drunks trying to get your attention. So just keep the direction of the cathedral 😊 It was nice to meet other travellers and take a trip to the volcano together. 100% recommend Casa Verde.

Really good hostel with breakfast included. The staff is really lovely and will help you with everything. The beds are comfy and all place is quiet. Perfect location to visit the town. Kitchen was well equipped and super clean. Bathroom has hot water
Big house turned into a hostel by a very warm host family
The owner and family did the most to look after me unfortunately I fell sick and they went on two separate occasions to get me medication and checked up on me regularly. Also it’s ran by locals so please support
