This was a great place to stay in Ataco - the room was clean, bed comfortable and great to have coffee, tea, etc provided in the room. We didn’t meet any staff but the communication with Francisco was awesome. We will stay again when we go back.

The bed was comfortable and smelled clean. Antonio was super friendly and helpful. It was great just sitting on the porch with the dogs watching the people go by. He has a great love and devotion to helping the street dogs in Ataco. It is a great mission.

Located in Apaneca in the Ahuachapan Department region, Hostal Puertas De Apaneca features a garden. It is set 38 km from El Imposible National Park and offers a concierge service. The location of the Hostel was great. There are many things to do in close proximity to the Hostel and the view from the 2nd floor is amazing.

The cordiality, kindness and attention to us, was over the top. Everything converges to make you feel like you belong there, the weather, the view, the facilities, how friendly the hosts are; God, I wish I was there right now.
