Set in a charming wooden building, this property is a 5-minute walk from Östersund Central Station. Stortorget, the town’s main square, is 900 metres away. Was upgraded without any additional charge on arrival and able to check-in earlier, which was great as I had more time to explore the town. Always accommodating, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Situated 250 metres from Östersund Central Station, Pensionat Björnen offers free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Prästgatan pedestrian street is 350 metres away. Sofa, comfy bed, stove and some dishes. Waterfall type shower was very nice. Spacious room.

Our family of 5 (including three kids aged 4 and 7) really enjoyed our stay at this cozy husky farm. We had a delightful time meeting all the wonderful dogs and learning about their different personalities and their life on the farm. The home made breakfast was lovely and Jachym, the host, was really helpful even though we arrived very late in the rain. For a small sum we were able to charge our electric car overnight, and he even arranged to mail us some items which we left behind by mistake. A really fun and nice place to stay for a family!
