Island Home is a recently renovated homestay in Honiara, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Island Home. We had to spend one night in Honiara because of a flight rescheduling from Air Vanuatu and it’s safe to say we couldn’t have spend it any better. Junior and Janet were amazing hosts. They took us around so we could get cash out, went for drinks and even a kava bar. Our accommodation was comfortable and even had a kitchen, which is super useful! We only came to Honiara for a layover but now we want to come back and see the Solomon Islands. And when we do, we will happily stay here again!
