There are many museums nearby, a shopping district and the central bus station about 20 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Two of my favorite specialty coffee shops are around 10 minutes walking. (Drip by Belgrade and Artist Beograd.) My room was small, immaculate and I love the natural light and being slightly above tree tops. Staff (Stefan at front desk, cleaning lady, etc…) are polite and helpful.

Boasting lake views, Vila Peristeron is set in Golubac, around 38 km from Lepenski Vir. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. The Vila was clean and cozy. It has a lovely view of the Danube river from the window. From the house you can go by foot a bit towards the town of Golubac(small wallk on the road) where you can find stairs(on the same side as the Vila) that lead to a nice promenade and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Recommended you go to Golubac Fortress by some form of vehicle. Couple of facilities like stores, apothecaries, etc.. The host was also very friendly and delightful! :) Definitely recommend the place.
