We made a spontaneous decision to spend a few nights on the island because of the storm. Ana was an incredible host, not only did she let us prolong our room reservation, but she was also extremely kind and gave us lots of cool recommendations on places to visit on the island. She also helped us with a dryer for our clothes. I highly recommend this cozy hotel for a couple or family vacation.

Il Tropical Fruit Garden è una casa vacanze indipendente situata in una zona tranquilla nella parte meridionale dell'Isola di São Jorge, nelle Azzorre. Appartamento completamente a nostra disposizione, pulito e tutto confortevole, i proprietari ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità e il giorno che siamo andate vie ci hanno portato a visitare la loro farm, davvero ottima esperienza. consigliatissimo

La Casa Do Antonio, ubicata a soli 100 metri dal porto di Velas, offre tè e caffè gratuiti e spaziose camere dotate di TV via cavo e di viste sull'isola di Pico, sul mare o sul porto. Posizione eccezionale, la nostra stanza aveva quattro finestre sul porto e un terrazzo con vista invidiabile sul Pico, ma anche la zona colazione e il terrazzo comune hanno una vista incantevole. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, c’è sempre a disposizione degli ospiti non solo il Classico punto caffè/the/acqua ma addirittura i dolcetti tipici delle Azzorre. La stanza era all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle, così come la colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Situata a Velas, la Casa dos Rui 113s offre una sala comune, un giardino, attrezzature per barbecue e una terrazza. We had a very nice time at the home of Ruis, and we only wish we could stay longer. The house is very clean, the room we booked comes with a nice private bathroom, and we could also use the kitchen. The hosts waited for us at the port, as our boat was late, explained the most beautiful points on the island, and helped with our car rental, and found a taxi for the faja hike we did one day. In the evening we had very nice conversations with Rui the uncle, while listening to the most fantastic cries of the cagarro birds flying above our heads and the nearby rock - it is one of the most memorable things from this island. The house is 15-ish minutes walk to the center of Velas, as well a big supermarket. The whole town is very safe and pleasant. The island is very beautiful, with some dramatic scenery, and our most honest advice would be to stay longer on Sao Jorge, if possible. The faja hike is one of the most pleasant and enjoyable hikes we have done.

Situata a Velas, la Residência Livramento offre la connessione WiFi gratuita in tutte le aree. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto con canali satellitari e bagno privato. Posizione centrale, in cinque minuti a piedi siete nelle stupende piscine naturali. La proprietaria è veramente gentile e cordiale. Anche la colazione è assolutamente adeguata al rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non condivido in alcun modo qualche recensione poco positiva che ho visto rispetto alla colazione. Più che adeguata al prezzo totale. Chi vuole di più, vada in hotel a 4 stelle e paghi un giorno quanto qui una settimana.
