Amazing spot - fantastic staff and restaurant. Night tour on paddleboards on the river to see the fireflies was really cool. Handled pick and drop off from the port and rented me a scooter too. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!!

Set in San Juan, Almare Guest House Siquijor offers beachfront accommodation less than 1 km from Tubod Beach and offers various facilities, such as a private beach area and a garden. Great self-contained until in the garden on the property. Just a few units, and the family live at the top of the garden. Everyone was very friendly - and I got to play with the two very cute but very different (!) dogs! And also the cute kids too! Breakfast lovely also. Main thing though is being able to walk to the bottom of the garden, down some steps and snorkel in some of the clearest water you will see! Siquijor is a beautiful island.

Siman Panglao, a property with a garden, is situated in Panglao, 2.1 km from Alona Beach, 12 km from Hinagdanan Cave, as well as 23 km from Baclayon Church. Staff is really nice and helpful, we arrived by ferry quite late at night and they waited for us. Everything was very clean, including swimming pool. Our room was spacious and there are lines outside to dry up your clothes. Aircon and wifi work perfectly. It's 10min away from Alona beach by trycicle, so quite at night, the bed was also comfortable. There is a convenience store just outside and some restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended to rent a car or bike from them, we got a car and visit whole Bohol by ourselves.

Amigos Dauin Hostel, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Dauin, 13 km from Robinsons Place Dumaguete, 14 km from Dumaguete Belfry, as well as 14 km from Quezon Park. we had an amazing stay at Amigos Hostel. The room seemed brand new and everything was spotless! the shower was nice and warm and the bed was very comfy. But the best part was definitely the staff! Mr. Bong went above and beyond to help us during our stay - always with a smile. He had great recommendations for restaurants and dive shops and even let us Norris a shower after checkout on out last day and helped us to arrange our onwards transport to Dumaguete. The rest of the family were also very nice and polite. we will definitely be back at Amigos!
