Boasting a balcony with garden views, a private beach area and a garden, Sambag Hideaway Bungalows can be found in Moalboal, close to Panagsama Beach and 25 km from Kawasan Falls. Having an amazing snorkeling beach literally at your doorstep was a dream come true - sea turtles and thousands of tropical fish in the reef, star fish, octopus asked much more. The view from the cliff top is very hard to look away from! The staff and owners were fabulous, we felt more like family than guests. Nothing was too hard, everything was easily organised on our behalf, and on new years eve we were invited to dinner with the families to experience true Filipino style food. The gardens are fantastic and very carefully maintained by the green thumb owner! The resident dogs and cat were an extra special touch. Security was great and we felt very safe at all times. Being past partying age, we loved the quiet sanctuary and a small number of rooms meant a much more personal experience getting to know other guests and staff attentiveness.

Featuring an indoor pool and views of sea, TGH Guest House Badian is a recently renovated homestay located in Badian, 15 km from Kawasan Falls. I think the whole place is worth the price you pay. It is charming and you get a view of a public pool. The lovely balete tree in front is a sight to behold. It is cozy and the staff are extremely friendly. Ask them for recoms on where to eat (nothing fancy) or if they know a guy with a boat you can rent to go around the mangroves and visit the nearby island.
