Very clean, just about 700m from bus terminal and excellent restaurant on the roof. The room was quiet. Private bathroom had warm water, nice towels, and shampoo etc Bed was very comfortable. Small refrigerator. Spacious. Breakfast is included and great - coffee, juice, eggs, sausage and rolls, butter and jam. Dinner is available in the restaurant. We can recommend it.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. Nice location in Miraflores with a few good restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet street and the room had decent soundproofed windows. Frank was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Made us coffee at 5am because we had an early check out. We arrived very early in the morning with a flight and the room was ready for us, long before the official check in. That was great.
