It is more like a home-stay, i.e. it is actually a gated house with many rooms and all essential facilities. This means you feel more relaxed and safe than at a hotel/motel. There is a shared kitchen, and shared toilets, all clean and well maintained. John is an excellent host. He is friendly, and always available. The property is located very conveniently, in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, etc., around. The added part is the rescue dog, Goya (that's what I guess John was calling him), who wants to be your friend and play with you. There is even a pool, which I didn't get time to use. There is coffee and tea in the kitchen. I found the place very homely and welcoming.

Price is amazing, beds comfortable (loved curtains for privacy), well equiped kitchen, location is in modern area, close to bus line and very nice staff (it was no problem checking in late and staying a tad longer)! Habitaciones R-6 is located in the Bella Vista district of Panama City, 8 km from Bridge of the Americas, 8.9 km from Rod Carew National Stadium and 11 km from Estadio Rommel Fernandez. It exceeded my expectations by far. It was definitely everything I wanted and more. Very clean, comfortable, convenient location, perfect area. It is like 8-10 mins from the Iglesia del Carmen metro station that can take you back to the airport and walking distance away from the central areas and interesting buildings, also la Cinta Costera. The room was very clean, the facilities in the room were as if brand-new. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Wifi worked excellent. I found the perfect accomodation to stay when I visit Panama City. Highly recommended.
