It is super clean and comfortable place, better than any motels, appartments i stayed in my NZ trip! Sara (host) give us the warmest welcome and space, i should have booked more days here.

Calm and clean place with a homie feeling. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful even though we checked-in really late due to delayed flight. We appreciated the kitchen equipment and the possibility to have a warm tea etc.

Beautiful surrounding areas and a wonderful place to stay close to Dunedin. Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

The room was elegant and comfy...had everything u could want..equipped for hot weather and cold weather. The supplying of cleaners, laundry detergent was awesome, which allowed me to clean up after myself. It is an ideal couple get away..and a bonus is the swimming pool. Rueben was very communicative, and really helpful. Just leaves you to do your thing, and the outside security light was great too.nice quiet area. Just a lovely cozy home. Thanks Rueben and whanau

This was a beautiful well stocked room overlooking the Tasman Sea. The owner was very helpful and nice!

Wonderful location, so peaceful and great views. Very friendly hosts and we loved our breakfast. Sadly only passing through, could have happily stayed for longer.
