Breakfast is not included, nor did we opt to take breakfast (Quite a few restaurants within walking distance) as we left rather early the next morning. But cereals, rusks, tee, coffee and milk were available in the room (And a chocolate on arrival!). The rooms are set at the back of the main house in a beautiful garden and décor, with every / anything available to make your stay comfortable and stress free. Our car was garaged safe and sound, and on our way out the next morning I noticed a night watch outside in front of the property. Very open and friendly hosts!

Great location right after the border. 2 gas stations next door. Very clean room, all the toiletteries, nice towels, nice linen, very comfortable sleep. Nice breakfast.
