Beautiful room with polished concrete surfaces and copper piping (as in architectural magazines), lovely to experience. Exceptional hosts, friendly and interesting. Fascinating to hear first hand of farming in Namibia. As we arrived at 7 pm, David rang a great restaurant for us for a tasty supper and walked us there ( round the corner), himself. Annicka is very artistic and has lavished their B&aB with love.

Boasting a balcony with sea views, an infinity pool and a garden, AT THE SEA Boutique Guesthouse can be found in Swakopmund, close to The Mole Beach and 1.2 km from Palm Beach. I believe the location to the right of the light house was just great. Walks along the promenade were safe. The gardens alone the promenade were well kept. Rooms were open to the sea via a balcony. A few steps to keep in mind. Breakfast was top class and thank you to the staff for coming in early. Would I go back, absolutely YES.

The Rez Guesthouse, a property with a bar, is situated in Walvis Bay, 38 km from Atlanta cinema, 38 km from Otavi-Bahnhof, as well as 41 km from Martin Luther Steam Locomotive. It is a guesthouse, which means, it is cosy, romantic, but most importantly, the personal is incredible nice and takes care of you. We had an incredible experience with Jade & team, they make our stay and holiday just amazing. They helped us with everything, only for this reason, our staying was over all our possible expectations. The kindness is just priceless and honestly very rare today. This was not the case in The REZ, but also in the whole Walvis Bay. What a town, what for amazing people, very safe (against most of comments in social media), incredible clean (cleaner than in Switzerland) and very comfortable. We want to also mention Sam Barnard, the tennis teach at the tennis club, who is trying to build up a tennis community in Walvis Bay. He was very nice to us and the tennis group of the tennis club welcome us exceptionally. Last but not least, the best Capitan in Walvis Bay: Mr. Ruan. A day trip with him, make your journey unforgettable . The Sandwich tour is also fantastic, there are also many other activities and the wind is perfect for Kite surfing at the Lagoon. Also top quality food at fair price. Oysters are exceptional. Finally, you have to ring the bell in a Bar of Walvis Bay!!!!

Nestled in the heart of Swakopmund and only 1 km away from Palm Beach, Swakopmund Luxury Suites features air-conditioned accommodation and free WiFi access. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, although we´ve been married for 35 years :-) and it was big, white, clean, modern and comfortable. We did not try the bathtub in the middle of the room, oh well - next time... The room had a nice little balcony and you could even spot the sea from there. Location is good and there is a public parking just outside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The whole place is very tastefully decorated and everyone in the staff was very nice. In other words - do not hesitate to stay here.

Situated within 18 km of Omaruru Railway Station and 19 km of Omaruru Golf course in Omaruru, Otjohotozu Guestfarm features accommodation with seating area. Even better than in the pictures! What a wonderful place, we had a lovely time in the Kudu room, facing the waterhole on one side and the pool on the other. The owner is so friendly and caring, her staff is super professional, friendly and made our stay one that we will remember! The Chef is a young guy who makes wonders with his whole heart: dinner and breakfast were delicious, generously served, high level for sure! It’s very close to the San Living Museum which we recommend visiting as well!

Located in the centre of Old Swakopmund, The Secret Garden Guesthouse offers simply decorated rooms overlooking the garden. It features a sun terrace. A cozy nook in Swakop. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Mind that the room was quite cold and damp even with the heater, so towels don’t really get dry, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere at breakfast is peaceful, and the food and service was great. On our last day they prepared a breakfast bag to go, since our departure was early morning, - very nice. Big thanks to the whole team!
