Located in Lahad Datu, Myoldhouse features a garden and shared lounge. This homestay provides free private parking and luggage storage space. The owner, Mr. Teo, is very nice and we got a lot of info from him. We stayed here again for a night after coming back from Danum valley to break our drive back to KK. There are light snacks and free water refill throughout the day. Place is clean, safe and very relaxing. Staff are nice and very approachable - even allowed us to cook our Maggi noodles in their clean kitchen for simple dinner as we had too much to eat at Danum. Highly recommend and will love to stay here again if I ever return to Lahad Datu.

Situated in Tuaran, the recently renovated MZ Homestay Tuaran features accommodation 31 km from Filipino Market Sabah and 25 km from Likas City Mosque. The house is spacious for us (with toddler and baby). There's washing machine which helps us a lot specially when travelling. The house could occupy 5-6 guests actually but we only use 1 room. But the price is worth it. The host also provide biscuits, 3in1, Maggie, detergent (pay using duitnow). I even recommended the house to my friends and family if they're looking for homestay at Tuaran.
