The owners were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this stunning property. Great place to stay before we had to catch our Ferry to Tioman.

Location, facilities.. overall I like everything. Netflix may be a bit tricky but it works and I had fun watching movies and all. And also i can simply do my job at homestay with such a good internet speed.
The place was very clean and security guard there is on the ball! Makes you feel safe! The amenities downstairs were great too! There’s grocery stall, eateries, massage place etc. I booked the homestay on the day itself! And the host was very responsive and gave clear direction on how to check in making the check in experience fuss free! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Super detailed, and very helpful for non-locals. Free parking is available, there are shops, malls, and grocery stores just a few minutes away, and the Shuttle train station (JB Sentral) is 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is nice and well-equipped, and everything is clean. The community area with the pool was great, the swimming pool was clean, and there was a bbq, free to use.
We had an excellent stay at the homestay apartment. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Location: very near to banafe, lot of mini marts, near to check-point, massage, carwash all there. Homestay: good wifi, amenities, aircon, extra mattress, clean, feel safe at homestay parking with security patrols, security camera at lobby where you stay.
So far the best home stay we have stay in JB. Great host too. They have a cleaning team on site which can assist you anything you want, just like hotel like that haha
First quite scared booking because read some bad review but we don't have any choice since this is our last minit plan traveling to Johor and guess what, apparently the homestay is da best! Clean, good host, and the location as well!! Definitely will come again!!
