Lydia was there when I arrived. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Nice rooftop terrace and courtyard. Neighborhood is the absolute best, I felt completely safe as a solo traveler, great restaurants, shops, market and bars. Loved it, and would highly recommend Casa Lalique.

The manager José and his colleague Ingrid go out of their way to make people feel welcome. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and apart from having beautiful en suite bedrooms, there is a shared living area with sofas and soft chairs downstairs and a kitchen where you can make coffee or light meals - as well as complimentary fruit and purified water. Jorge, the owner, communicates equally well in Spanish and English by phone or email and is extremely helpful. Everyone in the hotel is kind and welcoming.

The room is perfect. Large. With a bed that will make your body smile! The room was very clean, comfortable, amazing window lighting, and a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. The hosts are beautiful humans! I was welcomed so warmly and felt at home. The kindness the hosts shows makes you know they want you to be there. Just simply a beautiful home to experience Coyoacan!

This gorgeous homely property was a delight and Fernando an excellent and charming Host. Only footsteps from the legendary Frida Kahlo museum and a short walk to the centre of beautiful Coyoacán. It was lovely to stay in a more intimate setting than large hotels. All the guests could breakfast and chat together. Giorgio (George) looked after us all at breakfast exceptionally well. Our blue room with terrace was like our own Casa Azul!
