The room was small, but cosy, with a nice little balcony. The bathroom looked a bit worn, as did some parts of the room , but everything was kept very clean. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Very quiet place, no noise, though I was here off season.

It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. From the first and until the last minute everything was perfect. The lady on the reception was so polite and friendly. Check in went very smooth. Every day you could see the smiling faces of the people working here and that is what makes the difference-so good staff is what you need when you want to be successful at your business and staff in this hotel is at the top level. We had a free parking space. Free towels on the beach as well as the sunbeds and parasols. All of that was a really nice touch. Our room was big and comfy wit a big bathroom. Shower was really good and we enjoyed using it. Beds are very comfortable and we had a good sleep. You have TV in each room and tge AC as well. There is a minibar in the room and a kitchen area where you can prepare coffee or something like that. We hat breakfast included in the rate. Breakfast is served on the beach in a restaurant. That is a special moment. Eating breakfast overlooking the sea. Breakfast was very good. Everything always fresh and with enough options for all tastes. This hotel with all his facilities and services is really more than worth recommending. Thanks for making our vacation so nice.

Objekat Guest House S-Lux se nalazi u Petrovcu na Moru, na 11 km od znamenitosti Sveti Stefan i 20 km od znamenitosti Akva-park Budva. Ovaj pansion sa 4 zvezdice nudi besplatan WiFi, vrt i terasu. Very nice place, pretty close to the beach (Petrovac main beach is at 500m, Lucice at 900m). Cleaning + towel change and garbage disposal were done daily. The bedsheets were changed every 3-4 days. Marija was very helpful by recommending a doctor nearby to look at my ear which was causing some pain. Bathroom was just like in the pictures, looked like a recent upgrade was done. No issues with hot water, but there was a pretty big fluctuation of the water temp while showering. Although the property does not have private parking, the owner offered a parking space just across the property, which the ability to reserve it. Parking cost was 5EUR/day. Highly recommend!
