Truly, what sets this guesthouse above most other places is that the owner makes you feel like a family friend coming to stay.

Situated just 24 km from Pasta Island, Viesu nams Vijas features accommodation in Degumuiža with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. the owner met us in person even after the check-in time and nicely showed us around. the only thing traveling with little kids are steep stairs but you just have to be careful.
