Guest House is set in Luxembourg, 40 km from Thionville train station, 45 km from Trier Central Station, and 45 km from Trier Theatre. Upon my arrival I felt I had the 'flu, but Marnia quickly realise that it was worse than that. Two days later she called the SAMU who, somehow, she got to arrive within one hour. She stayed with me until they had loaded me, via a second floor window, into an ambulance and I was in hospital within two hours. Marnia then visited me in the hospital having bought me new pairs of pyjamas and slippers(!) and good things to eat. Her hospitality, always with a smile, even in the darkest moment was exceptional. One never knows when things are running smoothly how a person will react in a crisis. Marnia was quite perfect, cool, calm, collected and resourceful, knowing exactly both what to do and how to get it done. Thank you Marnia from the bottom of my heart for all you did, possibly to save my life. And the fact that you look like Catherine Deneuve added to the pleasure of the experience! Ciao!

Situated within 18 km of Trier Theatre and 19 km of Cathedral Trier in Ayl, Weingut Raevenhof provides accommodation with seating area. The breakfast was of really good quality and really tasty!
