The hosts: Daniel and his wife, were absolutely amazing (you’d expect nothing less knowing Persian hospitality), location is great. Very comfortable and clean, food was also delicious (cooked by the hosts; even when we asked last minute and there was no staff available due to local NYE). The most enjoyable place out of all that we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka (7 hotels ranging from $10 per night to $400). It was a steal, given the quality. Absolutely amazing! Oh and the most memorable fragrance of incense in every corner 🧡

We also had two fans in the room on top of that. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, definitely the best we've had in Sri Lanka at our hotels. Big and delicious! The mosquito net in the room was very nice as well. The family running the guesthouse were also very lovely and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to stay here.

Food english Breakfast was very good and owner was made continuously for days delicious sri lankan style foods for us and served. also especially i have to say she was kindful great a women. Room it was large room and has queen size bed and other furnitures. Clean attached bathroom Location & view amazing beach front view and beach entrence.

The hosts were amazing and looked after me so well when I had some problems with my feet. He went out late on the first evening looking for the medication I needed and went to 3 pharmacies to find what I needed. His wife was also lovely and looked after me. They were great hosts.

The garden is a real oasis with interesting wildlife to spot and it was really relaxing to spend some time by the pool before walking down to the beach. The garden here is really special and the architecture of the building is beautiful. The staff were super attentive.

They were extremely communicative, helpful, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Rasindu here who went above and beyond to make sure that the stay was as comfortable as can be. Rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. They prepared a continental and Sri Lankan breakfast every day which was delicious. I had requested for early breakfast a few times and the team did their best to accommodate them! I would certainly come back here again if I return to Hikkaduwa!

Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.
