Mohamed was an outstanding host and helped us with any issue. I was injured on my knee and he drove me directly to a hospital and helped with everything, was it food, the hospital or anything else. We can definitely recommend and the value for the money is great.

What an amazing place with wonderful hosts!! The room is very large with eveything you need. The house itself has a beautiful garden. Main road is easy reachable by 15 minutes walk. I would have loved to stay longer!! I will come back for sure :)) Thank you again for everything!

The space is pleasant, beautiful and serene. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable with A/C and hot Water. The location is very good as it offers calm and proximity to the center. But, best of all are the people! Wasantha, his wife and their daughter welcomed us very well and treated our three-year-old daughter with unsurpassed care and attention. Wasantha picked us up in Colombo and took us to Anuradhapura, transported us to Sigiriya and made a more personalized and interesting route. He was tireless, always available, attentive, full of good information and with an irreproachable professionalism. Organized an unforgettable tour of Anuradhapura and Mihintale with an excellent guide, Lalith, an authentic walking library. The wife prepared delicious and typical dinner and breakfast for us. We now know Sri Lankan people and culture and history much better thanks to this wonderful host and his family. Thank you Wasantha for the way you took care of us and especially our daughter!

Blooming Holiday Resort er staðsett í aðeins 4 km fjarlægð frá Anuradhapura-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á gistirými í Anuradhapura með aðgangi að útisundlaug, garði og öryggisgæslu allan daginn. My wife and I stayed at Blooming for two nights and loved it! It’s a bit away from downtown Anaradhapura (like Tuk Tuk distance) but that made it very private and we had no issues with noise. The room was spotless on arrival and everything worked as expected. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the TV was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and we slept well! The bathroom had great water pressure and was clean too! We had breakfast there both mornings and dinner once. The dinner was an additional charge but it was well worth it! They fed us so much food and it was all homemade Sri Lankan! We also used the pool both days and that was a nice break from the Sri Lankan heat.

Habarana New Star Homestay er staðsett í aðeins 12 km fjarlægð frá Sigiriya-klettinum og býður upp á gistirými í Habarana með aðgangi að garði, verönd og sólarhringsmóttöku. The host, Lasantha was very warm and very helpful. They have a beautiful stay, like a chalet, very well made and maintained. The food his wife cooked was OUTSTANDING. They gave us honest recommendations for everything. Hands down, best accommodation on budget.

Pearl House Resort er staðsett í innan við 600 metra fjarlægð frá Attiku Tank og 3,2 km frá Kada Panaha Tank. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi í Anuradhapura. We had a great time at Pearl House Resort. The rooms were clean and cosy and the garden was quiet and beautiful. The AC worked well. The breakfast was also good and sri lankan style. The owner and his family were super friendly and helpful with everything. They even called the Trainstation to ask for the train schedule for us and allowed us to park our tuktuk in their garden for two more days after our stay while we visited jaffna by train.
