Set in Luang Prabang, 1 km from Mount Phousy, Moukdavan Guesthouse offers recently renovated accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. The room was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The location is ideal as it’s a short walk from the night market but it’s very quiet in the night. The best part was the host. She is so sweet and lovely, every time we saw her she greeted us with the nicest smile. I would recommend this guesthouse for the host alone. Also there are yoga mats available at the back of the property :)

The husband's English is very good, he will talk with you and tell you about local life if you are interested :-) Also, the included breakfast was a great start to every morning. Overall very high value for money here.
