Situated 4 km from Byungseonmadang Square, 22 km from Georyu Park and 23 km from Geoje City Hall, Tongyeong Olga Resort offers accommodation set in Tongyeong. The big room with its fabulous views is unbeatable. The owners went way beyond what one would expect, giving us information about buses, water and fruit, and a ride back to the bus terminal the day we left. Some people may think the place is a bit out of the way, but it was really easy to walk to the stop for the local bus. When it was dark, we took a taxi back from the centre of town, which cost a mere 5000 won. There are also a couple of restaurants in walking distance and a 7-eleven, which among other things has frozen meals you can warm up in the microwave.

Location is great. 10min walk from the intercity bus terminal. Lots of eateries and convenience stalls nearby too. Right next to the fortress. It's beautiful in the day, even more stunning at night! The host is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and so complete! The bed is so comfortable. Everything in the room is too. There are little touches that make the stay cosy too. And so spacious. I can easily open up my luggage without taking up floor space.

Great location, close to the waterfront and numerous restaurants. Clean and great rooms. And the host was really nice and helpful.

Hago Guest House asub Byungseonmadangi väljakust 2,5 km kaugusel. Külalistemajal on konditsioneer ja rõdu. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass. I really enjoyed my stay at Hago Guest House: not only was the accommodation really good, but (most importantly) the owner was also extremely friendly and more than willing to help. I especially liked the breakfast part of the day, due to both the delicious toasts made by the host and the thoroughly enjoyable conversations I had with her every morning. I will definitely not fail to book a room at Hago Guest House should I go to Tongyeong again in the future!

Geoje Ton Ton Guesthouse asub Geojes. Külalistemajast avaneb vaade mägedele. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Ton Ton is very friendly and I really felt like home. As there are not a lot of tourist information available online, he even helped me plan my trip around Geoje. Also his mother owns a restaurant, so it's convenient if you do not want to eat outside after a tiring day of travelling. Location is reasonably good around 10-15 minutes walk from a bus stop if you take bus 130 or 131 from Gohyeon bus terminal. As bus is quite infrequent on the island, sometimes you need to wait up till 30 minutes or an hour for buses. The host even fetched me to Gohyeon bus terminal in the morning during my stay.

The rooms are spacious and house is beautifully decorated, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious (Tongyeong local style kimbop). Highly recommended for families and friends seeking a unique and comfortable stay.

It is located a little in the middle of nowhere but that made staying here all the better. I had a great time relaxing and unwinding. The owners were wonderful people and offered me an experience I will never forget. Close by is a beautiful temple and mountain for hiking.
