Sofas are cosy, clean and comfortable. No shoes indoor no matter who you are. I love this rule. Facilities: Connection with local swimming pool is great. Coffee tastes great. Food was fantastic He prepared a nice dinner for us to enjoy with local Cambodian wine, and he ate with us, amazing!! 100/10 I like the how he supports local community and locals relax there too. He's looking to expand and have a whole experience including cooking class and working with local community. Support this business!

Housed in a beautiful colonial-style building, Villa Grange provides charming accommodation in Phnom Penh. It houses an outdoor swimming pool and a private restaurant. Room well located in the building, a good size, with great balcony.. What made this stay for me was the outstanding helpful staff particularly, Sothea , she goes above and beyond, she is very helpful.

We have stayed in 6 different comparably priced hotels in PP, and this is the best value for the money.

There was a nice swimming pool, could get washing done for a reasonable price. Lots of coffee shops and street food carts nearby or going past.

Bed was fine and the room was pretty clean. There is a full-size fridge, so maybe better for a longer stay (though the room is pretty small)? Expected a little more for the price, but it was fine and very happy with proximity to Don Mueang Airport.
