I booked it last minute, a couple of hours before my arrival and everything was perfect. The location is just a few minutes walking distance from all the main Basilicas. The lady that received me was very kind and gentle. She had prepared a few snacks in the room and water bottles. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics, and a coffee machine. They even have to go cups. Thank you for letting me stay here, I really enjoyed it.

We had a ver nice room, which was very clean and had everything which was needed. The staff was very friendly and the center is only around 10 minutes walking away.

Stanza Con Bagno Privato Orvieto Centro Storico er staðsett í Orvieto, 700 metra frá Duomo Orvieto og 19 km frá Civita di Bagnoregio. We loved this spot! We stayed 2 nights but wish it were longer. Good location to walk to center (we are walkers though), the host was super about details and communication. Recommended a few spots for dinner which we tried out and loved. The spot is small but the comfort level gets high marks. The shower was great as well. Recommend highly if you are into staying a short walk away from center. It is on the opposite end of town from the furniculare but there is a bus. Thank you for having such a sweet spot.

Just in front of the train station, and not far from the center. Rita is very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and quiet, with tv, and the bed is comfortable. In the kitchen, coffee machine, fridge, and filtered water are available. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

First and foremost this place is in a great location in walking distance of the cascate. We were unsure at first as it's close to the road but the rooms were double glazed so we slept soundly. Everything about the room was quality, from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings. All felt new, well maintained and very clean. Topped off by the friendly hosts who offered lots of useful local advice.

The room is spacious and bright and extremely beautiful. The staff is very nice and ready to help you should you have any issues.

Very close to the main center of town, but not noisy. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were very nice
