From the hospitality / responsiveness of the owner to the amenities and location. The owner shared a bunch of tips for exploring the island. There was a welcome basket, soft drinks and coffee. The room was spotless. It was beautiful and spacious. And easy to get to. I rented an e-bike right by the port (with a discount thanks to the owner) and got the property in about 10 minutes. The roof terrace was also amazing. It honestly exceeded my expectations. Great value for money.

This was a very last minute booking and the hosts were very very accomodating on such short notice. The kitchen was very well stocked, we were surprised they had so much available for us.

The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.

The room was super clean and comfortable and the backyard / patio was gorgeous. Very central and a short walk from multiple ports and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and even gave us our breakfast the night before so we could eat before our super early departure! Overall would definitely recommend.
