Very understanding when we had many train delays and when we forgot to return the key. She was very helpful and accommodating, not to mention funny as hell. 10/10 would stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant out the front of the property which is also run by Stefy had some of the best food we ate our entire trip.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.

As a local he spent time indicating all that we should know to make the most of our visit to the valley between the two lakes. The rooms are just refurbished so everything feels new. We know there have to be other guest as everything was fully booked but everything seemed quite and nice as if the whole house was ours. Really worth the money 🙂…
