Located north of Cherai Beach in the Vypin Island Region, 24 km from Cochin, Coconut Garden boasts a terrace and water sports facilities. Free private parking is available on site. We had a wonderful stay in Cherai. This homestay made it a very memorable experience, even when only being there for one night. The host was eager to have a chat and told us of some nice places to go to. The room was beautiful and clean. We had delicious meals made by the family themselves. Having breakfast in there living room, made it an authentic experience. The brother of the host would drive us around in his Tuktuk. And since we travelled to the next place on a festival day, the host decided to bring us himself to Munnar. Which is an 5 hour drive. So, we were very grateful and had a great drive with him.

Beautiful room in a beautiful house. Location was fantastic and the view of the lake at the back was stunning. The walk to the tropical beach at the front was 4 minutes! How can you beat that? About 40 restaurants within a 15 minute stroll. Our hosts were brilliant,even lending us their own personal scooter and providing a great breakfast unexpectedly.
