Our room and ensuite was perfect in very aspect and so very clean - like brand new. Karma is the person in Sikkim to go to for your travel needs and cultural information. His sister is a most wonderful cook and we were served a variety of organic Sikkimese foods. We loved our culinary adventure! Along with their lovely mother this provided us with an unforgettable experience which has forever endeared us to Sikkim and to them. Memories of their kindness will remain with us forever as they opened their hearts to us with genuine hospitality.

Located just 6.7 km from Barsey Rhododendron Sanctuary, Lali Gurash Homestay - Okhrey features accommodation in Sombāri with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as free shuttle service. Lali Gurush Homestay was one of the best Holidays I ever had. The host family made us feel that we are at home only and prepared all the cuisines we requested for. Rooms were good and with a view and with all amenities. Mr Zigmee a gem of a person showed us around Oakhrey. His father mother brother ...each and everyone just so genuine and courteous...always helpful. In Okhrey Lali Gurush Homestay is the place to be, frankly...Kudos to the home family.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The host was amazing—very friendly and accommodating, which made me feel right at home. The balcony view was stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The room was clean and well-maintained, further enhancing my comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its warm atmosphere and great service!

The Property is decorated & maintained to a high standard, all the amenities worked consistently with no problems, felt more like a quality Hotel with the added touch of a Homestay. The owners/hosts are very kind, genuinely hospitable, hard working & incredibly helpful, the food was always freshly prepared & very tasty, (I highly recommend eating dinner here, you won't be disappointed). The location is good, away from the hustle & bustle of the town with amazing views of the valley. You will get a room key & can come & go as you like so (just like a Hotel) so don't be put off by it being a Homestay, our overall experience was excellent from the point of booking to our departure the communication & information was first class, arranging Taxis & helping plan our trip. A special mention to Nima & his wife who helped care for my daughter when unwell & whose company I was very happy & grateful to share, wonderful. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

Offering a garden and garden view, Mintokling Guest House is set in Gangtok, 1.6 km from Enchey Monastery and 1.7 km from Palzor Stadium. Everything was perfect. Rooms are much better in real than images the care taker is really helpful and specially Mantu ji.

Very welcoming and cozy place, with colorful rooms, a terrace with a great view to the mountain range and a wonderful family running this place. We felt like home, sitting together and enjoying delicious dinner and breakfast. Next time we will stay longer, that for sure!

Situated just 7.8 km from Rumtek Monastery, Martam Village Homestay features accommodation in Gangtok with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a 24-hour front desk. This is the perfect homestay; so good I stayed twice rather than start and end my trip in Gangtok. Yeshey’s hospitality was lovely and she was thoroughly enjoyable and interesting to chat with. The homestay is immaculately clean; the room very comfortable with wonderful views over the nearby valley, mountains and fields. The food and home cooking was excellent too.
