The room was beautiful, made by community members with local bamboo. The staff cooked amazing breakfast and dinner for us, with the freshest ingredients from the backyard and the community. Amin was the kindest, funniest and most generous tour guide. He shared knowledge around rice production that has been passed down through generations with us. He also took us to the local market, local waterfall, and to see the local production of bamboo crafts and textiles. Everyone in the community was so generous and welcoming. It was a very authentic Indonesian experience. Terima kasih!

Boasting garden views, Mango Room Mandalika provides accommodation with terrace, around 600 metres from Kuta Beach. Set 2.8 km from Mandalika Beach, the property features a garden. Lam and his wife were so friendly and made us feel like we were coming home every time we came back to the homestay. We loved the room, it is off a quiet side street just a few steps away from the centre, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was super clean, large and really comfortable sheets. The shower is huge and there is a fridge which is handy on those hot days! Free water, tea and coffee are included - much appreciated :) We ended up extending our stay from 3 nights to about 10 because we loved it so much. You can rent scooters from them and also they help with any transfers you may need. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Kuta! Thanks so much!!!
