Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Gorgeous, clean and amazing location! The pool was a lovely addition. Our host could not have been more kind and helpful and we will definitely be back!

Property is in a great location right near the Buza gate with good access to the Old Town, although it is incredibly quiet so it still felt peaceful despite the Old Town being a popular tourist spot. This property has only recently been refurbished so it is incredibly modern and a lot of care has been taken to ensure it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are amazing and there’s also comfortable chairs and a sofa which is a perfect reading spot! The bathroom is amazing with a great rainfall shower and toiletries provided. The host was really helpful as she met us at the gate to show us where the property is. She also offered us a transfer to the airport which was much appreciated.

The check in/out is done with a code (not in person) so for me that was great because I arrived at 1.30 AM due to the delayed flight. There was also a coffee machine and tea.

Owner communicated quickly and allowed us to store luggage early.
