I had a room on the 3rd floor with a very nice view (not from the room itself, but from the balcony area just outside the room). The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was good to me. About 10 minutes walking distance from the central park. They offered free drinking water and tea downstairs.

I needed laundry service and they offered to wash in-house at an economical rate. While I didn't use the kitchen facilities, it was nice knowing they were there. The hotel had a fun, colorful look to the lobby.
