Stamatiou Estate was more than we expected. The room was extra clean and comfortable for two persons. And the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The owners made every extra effort to make us feel safe during Hurricane Daniel and was always present whenever we needed anything. Room was cleaned daily. When we will return to Skopelos, we will stay again on this Estate for sure.

This accommodation is a prime example why I like to book small apartment from locals instead of going to a huge many star hotel. Filippa (the host) is absolutely kind and welcoming. We got a small welcome treat and cold water when we arrived and a little goodbye gift when we left. We got recommendations and answers to all our questions regarding the island. The location is perfect, shops and restaurants are close by, but it is still quiet with an excellent view (especially at night). The room was clean and the beds were really comfy.

Jason was very accommodating and made us feel right at home, he is a gracious host. The private sea access is built on the rocky coast, perfect for snorkeling and relaxing. The view from the rooms are stunning to say the least. A small paradise, perfectly placed in the beautiful landscape of Skopelos.

Location is a short walk from grocery store, coffee and food shops. I would recommend taking a taxi if you are coming from the Glossa port as the climb in elevation is quite a bit.
