The location is amazing, the small town of Galaxidi is beautifull and there are a lot of good places to eat or drink something. Our host provided us with al the information we needed and asked for. The bed of the accomodation was unbelievable, we never slept so comfortably. The appartment was cleaned before we arrived and this was to a very high standard. The terrass outside was nice with some morning sun and in the aftersoon some well needed shade. We had a truly wonderfull stay!

Our hostess, Nena, was warm, welcoming, and immensely helpful in all respects: she generously offered tips, advice, and information on historical sites in the area, local food venues, parking, and more. Our experience was especially enriched by her extensive knowledge of local history and heritage. The accommodation is really high-quality at an affordable price. The room was spacious and cosy, and nicely stocked with a breakfast/coffee tray. The guesthouse itself is located at the heart of the town, only a short walk from the centre/ high street. This is an establishment not only with all practical conveniences, but with a personality. We would definitely stay at Ioanna Arachova again -- we highly recommend it!!

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 24 km from T.E.I. Chalkidas. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the central square (plateía) of Stení. Parking was excellent. The room was spacious, cute and clean. It had a balcony with a great view, and a nice little outdoor seating area. We were also able to dry our laundry there. The hosts were so kind and helpful. They served us a nice breakfast every day (it was different every day: sometimes eggs, sometimes pies, sometimes yogurt or pudding, but always cake) and lent us a map of the surrounding area. Stení is lovely, and not at all touristy! You won't find souvenir shops selling useless junk, or loud music at night, or glamorous party people. It's just a quiet little Greek mountain village, and the people are so nice. They love their mountain paradise! The water that comes out of the faucets everywhere comes straight from the mountains and it is delicious. We can't wait to go back.
