Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

Offering city views, Guesthouse Next to beach is an accommodation set in Batumi, 500 metres from Batumi Beach and 2.7 km from Ali and Nino Monument. This property is amazing. Location is about 5min walk next to the beach front and Dolphinarium. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts are also very nice and helpful. We had to leave property in a deep night and owner woke up and helped us to book a taxi. His wife is also very kind and smiling woman who cares about the cleanliness every day. Room was clean, comfortable with private bathroom with toilete. Balcony was also super. A/C was working for 100%. This property is very good value to stay. I recommend absolutely.
