Bus stops are also close-by, which you can use to get to town or even the nearest beach (Grand Anse) - you just need to learn the name of your stops and where they're located. While the family gives you space, they are always available to give advice and to answer any questions you may have. The house is very clean and I will definitely recommend it for a solo traveller.

Unfortunately the good things about my review will be minimal, but I want to give an accurate depiction of the property as of 9 Aug 2023. The host was very nice and welcomed me upon my delayed arrival. I was in unit B for 4 days and the view from the terrace was very nice. It is in a quiet location and not too far from the downtown area.
