Being tucked away with just a couple of horses for neighbours, in a stylish and immaculately clean studio, a stones throw from the heathland was perfect. We were asked about dietary requirements in advance and just hoped we might get some nondairy milk, we got so much more - mushrooms, bread, jam, marmite, plant based butter (not marg), cereal, granola, berries, orange juice, tea and coffee and all good quality (Waitrose). Honestly excellent :)

Lovely little extras in the room and at breakfast, and the breakfast itself was top class

Beautiful waterfront walks a couple of minutes from the door and we also visited Lee on Solent, a 9 minute drive away. The hosts Kate and Tony were very accommodating and friendly. Really clean large family room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent quality and cooked to perfection. We hope to return one day.

The accommodation was great, the hosts were lovely and very helpful. The location was beautiful and very quiet, all you could hear was the birds singing. The bed was very comfortable, enabling us to sleep really well. The cooked breakfast was very tasty. We absolutely loved our time there and would definitely stay there again. We would recommend Kingswood Cottage to anyone considering staying in the new forest.

This property is located in Lymington, next to the High street, which offers a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Off road parking is available at the front and rear of the property. Easy to find. On site parking. Entry door instructions easy. As we entered our room it was warm and homely. Bed was super comfy. Large selection of cereals for breakfast. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Hot shower and plenty of towels Close to shops, restaurants and train station.
