Church Farm Lodge has good road links and is just 2 miles off the A14, and only 10 minutes’ from Market Harborough and Kettering. I was very pleased with the accommodation. There are so many properties these days that are just not properly cleaned - and this B&B is a delight. Incredibly clean and very comfortable. I also found the staff helpful. I’m sure I’ll come back another time. Thank you :)

The property is non-smoking and is situated 36 km from Kelmarsh Hall. Everything was amazing: clean, well resourced, so spacious! Sometimes you see photos, then the place is much smaller- this was the opposite! Beautifully decorated; lots of nice touches; great breakfast, coffee,tea. Super clean and lovely quiet area. Very helpful and friendly host. All excellent.

This recently renovated homestay is located 44 km from Milton Keynes Bowl and 46 km from Bletchley Park. The homestay has private entrance. The location was great, close to pubs and the town centre. Ben was a great host. He informed us of everything we needed to know about our stay and the township. His rooms are renovated beautifully with all new appliances. Would recommend to anyone.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Location: 15 minute walk to the town centre, near supermarket and train station. Lovely big kitchen set up to house the number of residents without getting in each others way. Washing machines and dryer both worked great, and useful for longer stays. Bathroom simple but everything you need for a short stay, including free travel shampoo and bodywash.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Kelmarsh Hall is 18 km away. Wonderfully quiet with a lovely garden. The little fridge with fresh milk, orange juice and cold water was a really lovely touch. We also appreciated the fruit basket! Sheets were lovely and soft. Rack to hang coats/outfits and complimentary toiletries in bathroom shows that a lot of thought and care has gone into making sure guest stay is a comfortable and enjoyable one. The room also smelt amazing!

This is a beautiful and peaceful property. The room was well equipped and spacious. Modern bathroom. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Short drive to local shops (supermarket etc). Great coffee shop a minute up the road
