The keyless entry was very convenient and the staff at breakfast was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious! The house and room were very clean and cozy.

Burnley house is gorgeous and the rooms are decorated beautifully. To be honest I thought I had booked a hotel and not a B&B due to the overnight cost (£150) but was pleasantly surprised. The lady was friendly, the room was nice and comfy and the breakfast was lovely.
