Birchwood Guest Lodge offers air-conditioned accommodation in Balmaha. Free WiFi and freee parking is available at the property. The rooms gave out a unique atmosphere of coziness. We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider. The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom. The owners seemed friendly and caring.

Wonderful hosts: a couple who were very responsive and understanding, addressed and fixed any room issues immediately, were cognizant of our time and needs, served delicious breakfast, gave great travel advice on Loch Lomond and overall Scotland itineraries, and great conversation (my mom and I learned a lot about Scotland), checked in with us to see if we arrived at our next destination House and room: clean, warm, anything you could need Parking: plenty in front of the food store across the street or in the parking lot behind it Guests: other families and young travelers I booked this homestay with my older mom, and we both agreed this was everything you could want in a homestay!

Located in Balloch, 2.7 km from Balloch Castle Country Park, Anchorage Guest House - Also 1 room available with Hot Tub,must be booked separately provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private... We were just down for one evening as we were doing the Glasgow Kiltwalk early the next day. Our host Chloe was there on arrival to explain the room and if we needed anything else. We were even allowed to go back in the next day and have a shower and change after our Kiltwalk before driving home too, which was above and beyond so very much appreciated.
