The prestigious Almorah Hotel was built around 1841 and is a listed building of great importance. The hotel was absolutely immaculate, the owners and staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We will be staying there again and we would highly recommend the Almorah to anyone looking to visit Jersey!

Just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, Thalatta Guest House in St Helier offers traditionally styled rooms in Jersey’s capital. Free WiFi is available at this guest house. The Thalatta Guest House was a welcoming place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the owner was very kind. She served the breakfast herself with patient humor for two travelers who were just starting out on their next big adventure. We even came back to stay one more night at the end of our adventure.

Situated in Havre-Des-Pas, right on the sea front and opposite the public bathing pool, this family-run guest house has a bar, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. Great location, in Havre des Pas. Small single, clean room, great for a one night stay, with a view towards the sea. Great cooked breakfast.

I intended to book a simple but clean and comfortable place, knowing that I would be spending most of my awake time outside. If this is your intention, this place gives you what you need - with a fantastic service greatly exceeding all expectations. Greatly located within a short cab ride from the airport and the major towns and the sea in front of the door.
