She was very kind and welcoming. Woke up to the birds singing and a beautiful garden out the back. Spotlessly clean and comfortable 10/10

The apartment was lovely and modern and in a great location. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.
