I never got to take photos as I was there one night, and had work with my baby early in the morning. However if I’m working in Manchester again I will definitely stay at this Home again.

We were so busy out and about that we didn’t get the opportunity to get to know our hostess better but the few brief interactions we did have showed how kind, thoughtful, and friendly she was and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a clean, warm, and inviting home from home.

Nestled within the quaint charm of a Victorian Villa dating back to 1871, Cornerstones Guest House awaits. My sister and I loved everything about our stay at Cornerstones Guest House. It’s a shame this was our first stop in a 10 day vacation because every other place paled in comparison. So clean and comfortable with delicious meals. Tony should teach hospitality at a university.

Richard was lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I could need. It was close to the airport on the bus - literally a two minute walk from the bus stop. The streets felt safe to walk around - even at 9pm (late spring) which was great for a solo female traveler. It was also really quiet if you are someone who likes silence to sleep. The cats were very friendly to have a cuddle with.
