Boasting quiet street views, Old Thatch Bambers Green offers accommodation with patio, around 8.9 km from Stansted Mountfitchet Station. I booked this place for my adult son because he had an early flight the next morning. He messaged me whilst he was there and told me how comfortable and well located it was. Parking for his car and easy access to Stansted. Perfect.

An absolutely lovely place to stay. Could not fault it at all. It is run very professionally and all staff are terrific. Breakfasts are fantastic. Everything! The hosts Sofia and Paul were lovely, very personable and accommodating. The guesthouse is the perfect location for the beach and city centre. The room was clean/tidy and had everything we needed for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable too. Shower was spacious with instant hot water, unlike bigger hotels we've stayed in previously. This is one accommodation we couldn't find fault with.
